diff cover before the last open road race that I did. By the end of the race (~88 miles at an average of about 150) the gauge was pegged past 300 degrees F, and I estimated that the actual temp was about 330F at the end based on the rate at which it had been rising. I have since noted the temp when I'm out doing any sort of spirited driving. I can pretty easily get the diff temp up to the 210 range just out driving back roads. Anyway, point is, I will do a diff cooler and a tranny cooler prior to the next trip to Nevada.
